• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods
• Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping service selected.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Information
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Gift Orders
• If your purchase is a gift, you may leave a note during checkout.
• Upon request, we are happy to include a short gift message at no additional charge.
Shipping Delays & Damaged Packages
• Vals Crafts Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
