We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Because many of our products are handmade, handcrafted, printed to order, or personalized, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Personalized and made-to-order items require additional production time.

Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
